I like watching and listening to live music - always fancied myself as a guitarist but never put in the hours of practice and didn't have any natural talent! - I have kept most of the tickets from gigs I have been to so I thought it would be good to post about the gigs in a blog

Red Guitars 13th July 1984
Red Guitars were a local band who had a hit in the Indie charts with "Good Technology". I don't remember much about the gig except that the venue was packed as it was a miners benefit. I emailed the band website and they have now added this to their gig list, as it was missing. There is lots of information about Red Guitars on the following links and some of the musicians are still playing in other bands.
Saw them again on 16th December 1984 at Spring Street Theatre (Hull Truck's previous venue).
